We had a blast throwing a pool party for the children living in Foundation Communities residences and participating in their summer program. While several of the communities have pools, swimming with their friends during the week is not an activity they get to take advantage of often due to the lack and cost of lifeguards.
We secured the lifeguards from Safeguard Aquatics, threw hot dogs on the grill, passed out chips, drinks and all-natural frozen treats from Mom & Pops Frozen Pops. We had ourselves a grand time and aren’t sure who had more fun, the Land Sale TX team or the kids. Around 40 kids from the Trails at the Park & Homestead Oaks communities were able to join and it was wonderful to see many of the same kiddos that attended our Winter WONDERland event last December for their after-school program.
