4th Pool Party for Foundation Communities’ Students 💦

There are a lot of things we love about summer at Land Sale TX — longer days, sunshine, and the energy that comes with the season — but one event stands out every year as the highlight of it all: our annual pool party for the student residents in the Foundation Communities summer program! This summer we were thrilled to bring the tradition back again for the 4th edition, and it was everything we hoped it would be. From the moment everyone arrived, the pool was full of laughter, splashing, and the kind of joy that can only come from a day spent outside with friends. There’s just something about swimming together, playing in the water, and enjoying a carefree afternoon that makes summer feel like summer.

What makes this day possible is providing the lifeguards. This allows the students to safely take advantage of their complex’s pool as part of their summer program – something they are otherwise not able to do as a group – and we’re proud to support something that brings so much fun and connection to their summer experience.

Of course, no pool party is complete without food, and we kept things classic with hotdogs and chips to keep everyone fueled up between cannonballs and swim breaks. And, as always, the biggest hit of the day was cooling down with frozen treats from Mom & Pops All Natural Frozen Pops. Their pops are the perfect, all-natural way to beat the Texas heat, and we loved seeing everyone pick their favorites and enjoy something sweet and refreshing.

More than anything, what makes this day so special is the chance to create a fun, welcoming space for these students — a chance to relax, connect, and make memories together during the summer program. The fun, the squeals, the big smiles… it’s the kind of day that makes us grateful that doing what we do day to day gives us the opportunity to give back to our communities. We’re so grateful to everyone who helped make this year’s pool party such a success, and we already can’t wait to do it all again next summer. Until then, we’ll be holding onto the sunshine and the memories from one of the best days of Summer 2026!
