☂️ Rain or Shine – Summer Fun at Foundation Communities

This year we had to pivot last minute to turn our annual Land Sale TX/Foundation Communities Pool Party into a day of indoor fun complete with pizza, musical chairs, bingo and more! Each summer the students in the resident Summer Program at the Trails at the Park and Homestead Oaks properties gather at the Trail at the Park pool. With the pool closed due to weather and the onsite learning facility at the Trail at the Park community not being big enough to host the students from both resident programs at the same time, our team divided and conquered. With the help of the Foundation Communities staff, we threw identical indoor parties at both communities simultaneously. Our friends battled it out for McDonalds and Starbucks giftcards and other fun prizes. And, of course, frozen treats from Mom & Pops All Natural Frozen Pops were still the highlight of the day!

We look forward to making a splash again next year. But one thing is for sure – this event is a blast – rain or shine!
